Terms and Conditions

MEMBERSHIP TERMS:
Your transformative Luxe Club Skin Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure optimal results and exceptional benefits. After this initial period, your membership will continue for 9 months until it is cancelled or renewed at the 12-month mark.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Your billing date is based on your original sign-up date. Payments will continue monthly unless cancelled with notice. Membership benefits activate immediately upon purchase of your membership = $220 per month, and renew monthly on your billing date.

CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION:
Membership cancellations require written notification sent to hello@mediluxe.com.au at least 14 days before your next payment cycle, and can only be processed after completion of the initial 3-month period. Early termination within the initial term incurs an administration fee equal to one month's membership fee ($220).

SUSPENSION POLICY:
Memberships may be suspended for medical reasons for up to 3 months annually upon provision of relevant medical documentation. Suspension requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Mediluxe management.

TREATMENT UTILISATION:
Treatments must be booked and used within each 30-day billing cycle; they do not roll over.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of $100. We recommend rescheduling appointments at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

PRIORITY SCHEDULING:
Members receive priority scheduling for all skin appointments; however, bookings remain subject to clinic availability. We recommend scheduling appointments 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS:
Your membership includes one monthly customised facial equivalent to Glass Skin L1 (valued at $284) and an exclusive 20% discount on all additional skin treatments* booked during your active membership period. Members also receive an exclusive 5% discount on all skin homecare products.*

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER:
Mediluxe shall not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments if full disclosure of medical history or allergies has not been provided by the member. Results can vary depending on individual skin types, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended aftercare routines.

ALTERATIONS:
Mediluxe reserves the right to adjust membership terms, benefits, or pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Any changes will be communicated clearly via email.

NON-TRANSFERABLE:
Membership benefits are exclusively for the registered member and are non-transferable to other individuals.

AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By initiating membership, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these terms, our privacy policy, and adherence to Mediluxe's high standards for skincare treatments.
